Flesh-Stick is level 39 (mostly) or on normal mode, where he is level 19 (mostly). Then you can repeat this as many times as you like, either on True Vault hunter mode. With your other character accept the failed mission. Then kill Flesh-Stick with your character. Then with the other one, go to Tiny Tina and accept the mission.
Go to the camp northwest of the camp and clear out all of the enemies with your better character. The reason you will need a 19 or 39 is so you can kill enemies in a bandit camp. (I will explain that soon) Also you need to have not yet completed the RSVP: You are Cordially Invited mission from Tiny Tina in Tundra Express. You will need: Two controllers or a friend working with you on xbox live and a character that you feel confident killing either a level 19 or 39.
